Year over year, month of month: New listings and solds are skyrocketing as the market heats up with summer! We all know COVID-19 had slowed everything down, but June showed a 75% increase in home sales from may, and nearly 9% up from June 2019! New listings are way up with new sellers and buyers entering the market! Average days on market are holding steady from last year, averaging 61 days. Overall residential selling price is on par with last month, and slightly down from 2019.
